The Word of God has given me great delight over the years.I read the Word, meditate on it,confess it before the Lord,and really let it sink down into my spirit.Then I lift up my voice and make my confession several times each day.It has been helpful to me to confess the Word out loud so I could speak it out with assurance.
Such strength comes from saying,"Father,I come before You today with Your Word in my heart and upon my lips.I refuse to say that I am weak and defeated or that I have trouble and sorrow.I will not say that I cannot do the things I have to do.I will say what the Word of God says.It says I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength and power(see Philippians 4:13)."
You can create an atmosphere in which you live by the thoughts you entertain for constant meditation.Begin to fill your mind,mouth,heart,home,and surroundings with marvelous,loving thoughts of God about heath,victory,peace,prosperity,and all the other things you desire in life.Base these thoughts on definite promises of God.Think them...talk them...act on them !

Father ,I believe Your Word accomplishes all that You want it to - Your Word always produces fruit.I confess the things that Your Word says about me.Speaking Your Word brings good health,victory,peace,and prosperity in my life.Thank you,Father for Your Word.
